Cancelling my order

You can request to cancel any items within your order that are currently "Awaiting Shipment". Although we will do our best, we cannot guarantee our ability to cancel the items requested.

At tycromedia.com we feel that customers should be up to date on the newest products,with that in mind we bring mostly new movies and some old. 

How often does Tycromedia.com change their inventory? 

We often change our inventory every 2 weeks but new products are added daily.

Will I (the customer) be prompted with my order confirmation? 

Absolutely, Confirmations of all orders placed are made to each customer via E-mail. 

How long does it take before my payment is processed?

Pre-approval of the payment allows the order to be processed to our wholesalers for fulfillment. Only when the shipment is made, the pre-approved card is charged. This process will take up to 24 hours before payment is approved.

What is the wait time before I receive my product(s)?

Once order is confirmed, product information is sent electronically to the wholesaler and distribution center based on the delivery address. After this is done delivery is projected to be the next business day.

Factory Reconditioned Products

 

Our motto is to save people money on any goods of choice. With this in mind most of our electronics are "Factory Reconditioned".This means that the product has either been used,sent,shipped,distributed, by a customer back to the wholesalers for return.


Open Box:

As the name implies, this refers to a product that someone bought but merely "opened the box", and does not show any signs of wear and tear.


 

Customer Returns:

This refers to products that the customer opened and may have briefly used, and as a result, the product may show a small amount of wear and tear.


 

How are products reconditioned?

Every product targeted for reconditioning must pass a thorough examination. After repairing any defect and sanitizing when necessary, the product is repackaged either by the original manufacturer or a reputable professional outside firm may perform the reconditioning, returning the products to like-new or almost new condition.


 

How do I identify Factory-Reconditioned products?

We note these products on our site with an icon and the words Factory-Reconditioned. When you see the Factory-Reconditioned icon, you know you're in for a great deal on a fantastic product!


 

Are all of Tycromedia.com products Factory-Reconditioned ?

No, great thing is that most of our products are brand-new. On the other hand products that are mostly Factory-Reconditioned are our Televisions .

Refurbished or Factory-Serviced, what's the difference?

You've looked around and perhaps seen the terms Refurbished or Factory-serviced. Various retailers use slightly different terminology. Any item listed on our site as Refurbished or Factory-serviced meets the same factory-reconditioned standards listed above.


 

Will "Factory-Reconditioned" products come in different packaging?

By law, product packaging must state if an item is factory-reconditioned. Packaging and terminology differs slightly with each retailer. Some items will arrive in a regular retail box with a sticker indicating that it's reconditioned, refurbished, or factory serviced. Some items come repackaged in a plain brown or white box. Enclosed manuals may refer to accessories (camera cases, straps, for example.) that are not included with the reconditioned product. Be sure to read over the product information page for a list of included accessories.


 

What makes a "Factory-Reconditioned" item such an excellent purchase?

Factory-reconditioned products maintain high quality standards. Each item is checked at least twice for proper working condition and quality. In fact, reconditioned goods have a very low (2-percent) rate of return. The price you pay for a reconditioned item is much lower than at retail.

Returns and Refunds

We pride ourselves in handling returns and refunds in a professional and expedient manner. Please familiarize yourself with the following to make sure that you are aware of all contingencies when you place an order with Tycromedia LLC . Our returns policy provides you 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return or refund on any defective item or item shipped in error. Returns will not be accepted under any other circumstances.

Items must be returned in the original packaging, complete with all manuals and included accessories.

Return exclusions:

Our return policy excludes the following products, which for various legal, health and fraud prevention reasons, we cannot accept returns on, unless you were shipped the wrong product and the product is returned sealed/unused/unworn in its original packing:

 

Refurbished cell phones and new or refurbished cell phone accessories

  • Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use (unless clearly rated for commercial use) toner cartridges
  • New defective gaming machines (these must be addressed with the manufacturer)
  • Opened software or Games
  • New home entertainment products from JVC, Panasonic, Philips or Toshiba (these must be addressed with the manufacturer)
  • Any return that is missing the originally shipped components
  • Any products damaged in shipping (these must be addressed with the logistics carrier at time of delivery or immediately thereafter)
  •  


How to return a defective item, or an item shipped to you in error:

Please contact us immediately for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship the product until you have received this number and the instructions for returning the product. Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed. Items returned with an RMA number will be reimbursed for the return shipping.

Restocking Fees
Please note that any merchandise returned, customer will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Restocking fee will be charged to an account once we receive the product.

Shipping Charges
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges when returning a product. Tycromedia.com will only cover shipping charges if customer were sent the wrong product.
How do I get technical support for my purchase? 

The product manufacturer is the best resource for assistance with your purchased item. 

Can I replace a lost invoice?

You can obtain your invoice and other order information by logging into your account and clicking View My Order History. You may click on the order you would like the invoice for, and print it out for your records. 

What do I do if I have a problem with my order?

If the problem is that your product is not what you ordered, or is defective, you can return the product. If the problem is a technical problem you are experiencing with the product, contact technical support with the manufacturer. If your problem is different than any of these, contact us.

In the event of data or technical issue which results in incorrect information or bad services, Tycromedia.com team will attempt to fix it as soon as possible.
